If interested in volunteering to serve as a Board Member, Officer, Committee Chairman or Member please complete the attached and mail it to the management company.
Print out, complete and submit (2) copies of the Form with the following:
Site Plan, Elevation Plan, Floor Plan, Specifications on roofing shingles, type and color selection of exterior siding, & Landscaping Plan as referenced in the Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions ("CC&R's).
Refer to the CC&R's before submitting your package. Incomplete or illegible plans will delay the approval progress. Once approved, you will receive a letter of approval by the Board of Directors along with one set of approved plans.

Dogs At Large
Each homeowner lodging a complaint about a dog at large is asked to first report the incident to our Manager at 858-2422. Our manager will contact the owner to discuss the matter and request that they resolve the matter. If the homeowner does not comply, Manager will contact the City of Kalispell Police Department to report the incident and the homeowner reporting the incident will be asked to also call the City of Kalispell Police Department to report the incident. The homeowner reporting the incident may be asked by the Police Department to complete the attached form.
Payment Plan Agreement
If you are unable to pay your dues assessments in full you may petition the Board for a payment plan agreement. Please give us a call.
