About Us
Empire Estates Homeowners’ Association, Inc. is a Montana non-profit corporation, incorporated May 9, 2004. The address of the corporation is P.O. Box 8584, Kalispell, Montana 59904.
The corporation was organized to operate a homeowners’ association for the Empire Estates subdivision (Phases 1-4) in Flathead County, Montana. The Board of Directors has the powers and duties necessary for the administration of the affairs of the Association.
HOA Managers, LLC., 340 McGregor Lane, Marion, MT 59925 has been retained to serve as the management company for the Association. Please direct all inquiries to Karen Cromwell, Manager at 406-858-2422.
