ANNUAL COMMUNITY GARAGE SALE- JULY 9, 2011
For those interested in participating in the annual community garage sale and have any questions,
please give our Manager a call.
DOGS AT LARGE
We continue to get calls about dogs who are allowed to roam the neighborhood.
We ask all owners of pets to confine your pets to a leash when allowed outdoors.
Please be responsible and clean up after your pet.
PARKING ON STREETS/SIDEWALKS
Please do not park your vehicles in the street or on the sidewalks.
All vehicles must be parked in the owners garage or driveway.
Please be considerate of your neighbors and park your vehicles (or guests) in your own driveway.
Non-compliant owners will be fined, in addition to having their vehicles towed out at their own expense.
MOWING & WEED CONTROL
The CCRs provide that each owner is required to keep their lawns mowed and weeded.
To avoid any compliance fines, please make sure you maintain your lawn, as well as the outside building structure timely.
2011 ANNUAL HOMEOWNERS MEETING
The Annual Homeowners meeting was held May 18, 2011 at Glacier High School at 6pm.
Two board seats up for renewal were filled by Theresa Thimbert & Michelle Grigsby for a one year term.
Our President, Brian Dardis presented a President's Report, ARC and Compliance Report to the membership in attendance.
Treasurer's Report was presented by our Manager, Karen Cromwell.
