All meetings are opened to the Homeowners. Should a Homeowner have an item that they would like the Board to address they need to contact our Manager, no less than five days prior to the meeting to insure the item can be added to the agenda for that month.

Meeting Agenda	Agenda provided upon request. Board meetings are open to all members. If you wish to speak you must petition the Board 5 days in advance of the meeting so that time can be allocated on the agenda. We usually have a full agenda and to meet our goals and objectives we need to reserve the time in advance. Thank you. The agenda is subject to change without notice.
